- Autumn is the perfect time to get a taste of the best ales and lagers the area has to offer. Soak up the friendly, small-town atmosphere at an Oktoberfest event or Brew Festival. Or, have a fun and laidback dining experience at one of the local restaurants or breweries famous for their authentic Adirondack home brews, delicious food and hospitable service.
- Hunting
- Head deep into the tranquil woods to hunt for your trophy of choice. Fall hunting seasons include large game such as deer and bear; small game such as rabbit, grouse, hare, fox, coyote, bobcat, turkey, pheasant and squirrel; and migratory birds such as duck, geese and woodcock.
