It's the 25th Anniversary Race!
A great autumn weekend for getting outdoors and enjoying the beautiful scenery of the Southern Adirondacks.
We're so excited to have runners back this year to celebrate the 25th anniversary! There'll be fireworks and music in the Town Park on Saturday, and a Beer Garden at the finish area on Sunday! Registered marathon, half, and relay runners will be offered free beer.

Please stay healthy so we can hold our “classic” races. Any Covid-19 rules will be guided by the CDC, NYS and our local & regional health departments.
Registered Marathoners, Half Marathon and Relay Runners will be required to provide proof of a complete COVID-19 vaccination series or a negative COVID-19 Molecular test result to participate in the 2021 Adirondack Marathon Distance Festival. A complete COVID-19 vaccination series is defined as two weeks after a two dose vaccination series or two weeks after a single dose series. Or the alternative is a negative COVID-19 Molecular test (no at home tests are accepted) result must have been administered within 72 hours prior to race day.
The immunization record or test report must include the name of the individual matching their government issued photo identification
All attendees will be required to wear face coverings while at any indoor venue, on buses to and from the half marathon and relay exchange areas, if in close proximity with others and runner’s may be required to wear face coverings in the starting area for all events.
If you have tested positive or been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of the event, please do not participate in or attend the event. You will be eligible for a free deferral to 2022 or a refund by providing your official quarantine document or notice from your health department.
